Users may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in email footers or by requesting via email at suporte@zekitec.com.br.

We store personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, maintain active commercial or contractual relationships, provide support, and safeguard Zekitec's legitimate rights, including compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, or judicial obligations.

Data subjects may request confirmation, updating, or permanent deletion of their personal data at any time via email at suporte@zekitec.com.br. Upon request, we will proceed with the deletion or anonymization of data, except in circumstances where retention is required or expressly permitted by applicable law (such as accounting records, tax obligations, or statutory periods for the defense of legal claims).

Zeki Black Friday operates within ChatGPT. In this version, it has no integration tools and does not transmit conversation contents, uploaded files, or user account data to Zekitec. Zekitec does not receive or store these contents through the plugin.

Information entered into ChatGPT is processed by OpenAI according to its policies and the settings applicable to the user's account. This Zekitec policy does not replace OpenAI's privacy policy.

If the user accesses the landing page, fills out a form, or reaches out through Zekitec channels, data provided in those channels will be processed by Zekitec in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This contact is separate from the ChatGPT conversation and does not give Zekitec access to conversation history.

We recommend using aggregated or anonymized information when requesting diagnostics and campaign plans. Do not share consumers' personal data, passwords, credentials, or third-party confidential information.

Requests regarding data provided directly to Zekitec can be sent to suporte@zekitec.com.br. Requests regarding data held in ChatGPT must be made through OpenAI channels.
